We ship to European countries and a selection of global countries via DHL Express.
We currently do not ship to the Americas and Asia. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact your local Butterfly distributor or visit butterfly-global.com.
Customs & import fees (outside the EU)
For deliveries outside the European Union (EU), additional customs/import fees may apply before final delivery. These fees are charged by your local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for details.

- Countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden
- Shipping cost: €12.90
- Free shipping: from €90.00 order value
- Shipping terms: DDP (duties & taxes paid for EU deliveries)
Zone 3 – Non-EU Countries / DAP
- Countries: all other available countries (Non-EU)
- Shipping cost: €29.90 / €39.90 (depending on destination)
- Free shipping: from €1,000.00 order value
- Shipping terms: DAP (customs/import fees not included)
