Damaged in transit (Reclamation)
If one or more items arrive damaged due to transport, please contact us as soon as possible. We will help you quickly and arrange a return so you can receive a refund for the item(s).
Please keep the packaging and, if possible, share photos of the damage to speed up the process.
Returns (Wrong size / Different color / Changed your mind)
You can return unused items within 14 days after delivery.
Please note:
- We do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you would like a different item (e.g., another size or color), please place a new order.
- Your return will be processed as a refund.
Return shipping costs (International)
For returns from outside Germany, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Once your return has been received and checked, we will refund the item value (according to our return policy).

Items excluded from returns
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Rubbers that have been removed from the packaging and/or glued to a blade
- Used blades
