Tenergy 25 FX

Sensitive topspin play and block play right at the table.
The pips of the Tenergy 25 FX, like those of the Tenergy 25, have a larger diameter; combined with the softer version of the Spring Sponge sponge, sensitive topspin strokes can be played close to the table.
Outstanding ball feedback and good passive control over the table are the special strengths of the Tenergy 25 FX.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which playing style suits the Tenergy 25 FX?
Tenergy 25 FX is suitable for close-to-table players focused on block play and controlled topspin strokes directly at the table — the FX variant makes the 25 more accessible for balanced playing styles.
How does the Tenergy 25 FX differ from the Tenergy 05?
The Tenergy 25 FX uses the short, wide pips of the Tenergy 25 (hard surface), but combines them with the softer Spring Sponge FX sponge (32°). This combination is particularly well-suited for close-to-table block play and sensitive attacking strokes directly at the table.
What is Spring Sponge technology?
Spring Sponge is a sponge technology developed by Butterfly with particularly high elasticity and energy return. It gives the Tenergy rubbers their characteristic catapult effect and linear stroke behaviour. The FX version is 4° softer (32° instead of 36°) and enables more ball feedback and easier playing behaviour.
How does Tenergy differ from the Dignics series?
The Dignics series is the further development of Tenergy rubbers with the newer Spring Sponge X technology. Dignics rubbers offer higher rotation values and longer service life, but are more expensive. Tenergy remains the more attractively priced choice with proven playing characteristics.
Is the Tenergy 25 FX suitable for beginners?
As an FX variant, the Tenergy 25 FX is well-suited for ambitious amateur players and switchers from other brands. For absolute beginners, we recommend rubbers of the Rozena or Sriver series.
